Travis' bio:
Travis has been singing ever since he was five years old. He credits his talents back when he sang in his youth choir at church. Travis started playing the guitar at the age of fourteen. Travis started playing in his first gospel group back in 2000 with New Life Gospel Band. He sang and played lead guitar. But in 2003, Travis and his wife Michelle ventured out and started their own group, The Gregorys. Travis combines all his music talents by writing The Gregorys original songs. He credits all his talents to Jesus Christ!
Michelle's bio:
Michelle started singing in church at the age of 6 years old and has played the piano since she was 7. She also plays the organ. Michelle's soft, alto voice blends in to make The Gregorys duet sound. Michelle handles all the bookings for The Gregorys. Michelle thanks the Lord for allowing him to use her to spread the gospel through song.
Who are The Gregorys?
The Gregorys are a husband and wife duet (Travis and Michelle) from Dunn, NC. The Gregorys gospel duet group was formed back in 2003 which makes their 18th year in the ministry. The Gregorys sing Southern Gospel and some Contemporary Christian songs. Travis and Michelle have 3 children: Clint, Jamie, and Justin and three grandchildren Riley, Finley and Andrew. They attend church at Sansom Community Church in Dunn, NC.
What's unique about The Gregorys?
The Gregorys have a hidden talent that many people don't know about and that is their songwriting ability. They've written songs such as Eye of My Storm, A Trail of Blood, Take My Hand and Follow Me, Calm Before The Storm, God Never Changes, Holy Ghost Power, Just One Glimpse of Heaven, I'm Going Home, A Big Change and more. The Gregorys are registered songwriters through ASCAP. The Gregorys publishing company is Backyard Gospel Publishing Company.
